One picture, one cut, one shuffle — the same for everybody on the same date. It changes at midnight by your device’s clock.
How the daily works
Each day one of the thirty pictures becomes the daily jigsaw. The order is fixed, so the same picture does not come back until every other picture has had its turn.
There are three daily sizes: 24, 48 and 96 pieces. Each size is its own daily puzzle with its own cut, so you can play all three on the same day. Everybody who opens the same size on the same date gets exactly the same pieces in the same order; only the way they are spread around the board adapts to your screen.
Streaks
Solve a daily puzzle and your daily streak grows by one. Miss a day and it starts again from one; your best streak is kept. Streaks are stored in this browser only, so they do not follow you to another device.
A solved daily stays solved: if you open it again the same day, you will see the finished picture and your time.
If you are short of time
The 24-piece daily takes a few minutes and keeps the streak alive just as well as the 96-piece one. Unfinished dailies are saved, so you can come back to them later the same day.
