About the picture
Red walls with white corner boards and window frames are a familiar colour scheme for wooden houses in the Nordic countryside. This summer cottage stands among tall birches, with lupines, cow parsley and buttercups in the meadow in front and a glimpse of blue lake between the trunks.
Computer-generated scene; it does not show a specific real place.
How to approach this jigsaw
Start with the frame: switch on Edges and only border pieces stay on the table. After the frame, build the parts with strong shapes and colour: the red cottage, the white birch trunks, the wildflowers.
Leave for the end: the meadow, the dense forest. Pieces from these areas look alike, so match them by the shape of their tabs and blanks rather than by colour.
