About the picture
Sea fog often forms in calm weather when warmer air moves over cold water, and it can lie in such a thin layer that only the tops of the islands show. Here pine-covered tops rise above fog that the newly risen sun has turned pale gold, gulls cross the gap, and rounded rocks sit in calm water at the front.
Computer-generated scene; it does not show a specific real place.
How to approach this jigsaw
Start with the frame: switch on Edges and only border pieces stay on the table. After the frame, build the parts with strong shapes and colour: the island tops, the seabirds, the granite rocks.
Leave for the end: the fog, the still water. Pieces from these areas look alike, so match them by the shape of their tabs and blanks rather than by colour.
